Vodafone offers 18-month contracts for broadband and phone packages. While it no longer charges any line rental on its fibre broadband packages it does charge a setup fee (£24 for existing customers and £49 for new customers). Line rental is charged on its standard (17MBPS) broadband service which makes it the same price as its 38MBPS fibre broadband package.
Vodafone offers customer support by telephone (8am-11pm), email or social media 365 days a year including weekends and bank holidays.
The cost of a Vodafone router is included in the set up charges. There are no delivery charges for your router. The Vodafone router can be managed via apps for iPhone and Android and allows you to control your families access to Wifi and limit the amount of time your kids can spend online.
